Time of Delivery

The products purchased on this website are delivered within 5 working days from placing the order in Italy and EU, and within 8 days from all other destinations.

Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of festivities; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.

For orders placed through credit card, consider an extra working day for regular administrative checks to standard shipping times.

For orders by bank transfer, the delivery times are calculated from the confirmation of the payment.

DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS
Deliveries in December are guaranteed by Christmas for orders placed before the 16 December 2020.
This date does not contemplate bad weather, customs hold-ups, remote locations and are valid from payment confirmation.
